From the awakening energy of spring to the introspective stillness of winter, our seasonal yoga sessions create space for renewal, grounding, celebration, and reflection all in harmony with nature.

Many sessions are held outdoors, on the lakeshore, in a quiet forest clearing, or beneath vast skies allowing you to breathe with the land and the season around you.
