Caroline offers adaptive yoga with a compassionate, person-centred approach. As a ERYT 200 (experiened yoga teacher ) Caroline’s classes offer creative sequencing to meet all levels of experience.

Prenatal Yoga
Gentle, supportive yoga for mums-to-be. Ease tension, strengthen safely, connect with baby, and prepare for birth.

Mum & Baby Yoga
Strengthen, stretch and recover while bonding with your baby. A relaxed, welcoming space where feeding + soothing are always welcome — with tea and chats after class.

Vinyasa – Beginners and Dynamic Flow
An energising flow to build strength, mobility and heat. Move, breathe and feel amazing.

Kids Yoga (4-12)
Fun, creative yoga with games, stories and movement. Builds confidence, coordination and calm.

Kids Yoga Parties
Nature-inspired yoga birthday parties filled with movement, imagination, play and mindfulness — a magical, mindful way for children to celebrate.
