Yoga, mindfulness and Breathwork classes are the perfect addition to the school timetable, enabling pupils to develop the skills to learn how to manage and regulate their emotions.
Yoga can booked as a one off for a Wellness Day for pupils and staff- or on a weekly basis. Classes are adapted to the different ages, from Pre School, nursery to Primary and Post Primary age students
For younger children we blend simple postures with inspiration from kids favourite animals and nature. We immerse their minds in nature themes and journeys such as Seasons, Rainforest, Zoo being some of our most popular. Let us know if you have a theme in mind.
For older pupils such as TY, we offer a Wellness Module- this covers Anatomy, Nutrition, Yoga for Sports and Mental Health and Relaxation. Caroline is a Biology teacher so we can incorporate curricular outcomes into our programmes.
Improve and invest in the Health and Wellness of your staff with our Corporate Yoga, Breathwork and Meditation Sessions. Empower your staff to incorporate wellness techniques into their working day- helping to reduce stress and improve mood and concentration.
We offer 1 hour classes and 2 hour workshops that can focus on Yoga specific to your staff needs, e.g. Yoga for Office/ Desk workers, Yoga for Back pain, Yoga for relaxation. Let us know what you are looking for an we can tailor a programme to you staff needs.
Join us in the summer months for a lakeside Vinyasa Yoga Flow and refreshing dip. We have so many beautiful lakes in Westmeath that are perfect for an invigorating lakeside yoga class followed by refreshing dip . We often go for a community breakfast and a coffee afterwards, making this a lovely sociable experience.
