Our Sessions

Who Are These For?

These experiences are for everyone—individuals, couples, friends, families. You don’t need any special skills, experience, or gear. Just a willingness to step into nature and be held by it. Some sessions are adults-only; others are open to children and families. We’ll always let you know what to expect.

Where We Gather

Most sessions are held in the peaceful forests and lakeside spots around Lilliput Forest, Tudenham Shore, and nearby hidden gems in Westmeath. We also travel for pop-up experiences in schools, communities, and nature festivals.
