Yoga in Schools

Movement, Mindfulness, and Emotional Resilience for Every Age

Yoga, mindfulness, and breathwork are powerful additions to the school day, helping pupils learn how to manage stress, regulate emotions, and connect with their own inner calm.

We offer flexible options to suit your needs:

  • Wellness Days
One-off yoga and mindfulness workshops for pupils and staff.
  • Weekly Classes
Integrated into your school timetable as a regular wellness offering.

Some are soft and reflective. Others are joyful and playful. All are designed to deepen your sense of belonging—to nature, to community, and to yourself.

Classes are age-appropriate and inspiring:

  • Early Years & Primary
Playful yoga sessions blending simple postures with favourite animals, seasons, rainforest adventures, and more.
  • Post-Primary & TY Students
Wellness modules covering Anatomy, Nutrition, Yoga for Sports, Mental Health and Relaxation techniques.
(Caroline’s background in Biology ensures sessions can align with curricular outcomes.)
