Overview
A Journey Over Water,
A Pause in Nature
Stand Up Paddleboarding, affectionately known as SUP, is one of the fastestgrowing water-based wellness activities in the world. Rooted in ancient Polynesian traditions and reimagined for modern seekers, SUP is accessible, gentle, and endlessly rewarding. And here in the heart of Ireland’s Hidden Heartlands, it’s so much more than a sport, it’s a way to connect.
Our boards are wide and stable, ideal for beginners and experienced paddlers alike. Whether you start seated, kneeling, or standing tall, you’ll be guided with patience, care, and plenty of encouragement. No pressure. No performance. Just presence.
SUP allows you to move gently through wild places gliding across glassy lakes, drifting past reeds, and witnessing nature in its quietest moments. It’s low impact, eco-friendly, and deeply peaceful, a form of “slow adventure” that lets you breathe with the landscape.
Paddle Where the Wildness Waits
We’re lucky to call the lakes and waterways of Westmeath home—tranquil, stunning, and often sheltered. Whether paddling on Lough Ennell, exploring the Royal Canal, or discovering a hidden inlet, we’re always guided by safety, serenity, and soul.
Have a secret spot or special celebration in mind? Our mobile SUP trailer brings the boards, gear, and good energy right to your chosen location. From private sessions to lakeside birthdays, we’ll co-create something memorable.
